I have odoo 10 and I would like to have access to the pipeline of my salesteam on the CRM module when I select the sellers on the filters there is only my pipeline appears and not that of my sellers . in this way I have no visibility Thank you

Hello,
due to record rule, you can see only your pipeline, not for other seller. check record rule first and change according your requirement and then try.
