Hi Community,

I am using Odoo Online with Razorpay as my payment provider. While testing payments, I noticed the following issue:

  • On desktop/laptop, payments work fine and the order confirms properly.
  • On mobile, after completing the Razorpay payment, I get redirected to:
    /payment/razorpay/return?reference=(Sale order id)
    but it shows the below error:

    "Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."


When checked, the order is confirmed.

Has anyone faced this before, or knows how to fix this issue?
