Hi all,
We have multiple products that have Optional Products attached to them. In Odoo 13 when adding the product to the cart, a pop-up would appear. Now we're in Odoo 17, but this pop-up doesn't appear anymore.
Is this a known issue, bug or missing setting? As far as we know, the configuration and settings are all implemented correctly.

check if website_sale_product_configurator is installed:
Make sure the optional product is published, just like the main product is. If it's unpublished it will still show up as an optional product internally, but it won't externally.

Thank you for you response.
Right now it does not seem to work.
We have added one product and then one has different options. Could it be that we have to add al the different options seperately as an optional product?

I have already tried adding the different options as a single product to the optional products, but the pop-up is still not showing. I have added an weight to the optional produc, it is published and added as an optional product to one of the products. I also tried to add this product as service, but this also does not work.
Can you please help and tell me possible next steps?

Hello Jordi,
In odoo 17 to acheive this functionality ,
1.Navigate to the product configuration in Odoo.
2.In the product form, go to the Sales tab.
3.Their is field named "Optional Products" , there you can add your products
Once configured, these optional products will be visible on product's cart.

Thank you so much for your reply! We already have the optional products attached to products, but still the pop-up doesn't appear on the front-end of the website. They do however show when creating a manual sales order in the back-end.
