i am using odoo18 enterprise and and we add our operations in BOM(bill of materials) inside operation tab when we copy existing operations and apply on variant option added this operations are not showing on BOM overview.

and now this second image is bom overview
can anyone explain me if i am wrong then or its bug or configurations missing ?
its not showing glue on overview second with variant.

I have tested this scenario in Odoo 18 Enterprise, below there are some steps.
Open a Manufacturing Order.
From the Manufacturing Order, open the related BoM.
Go to the Operations tab.
From there, you will see the Copy Existing Operations button.
When you click it, a new window opens showing all existing operations. You can select one or multiple operations and confirm.
After confirmation:
The copied operations are correctly added to the Operations tab of the BoM and also it show in the BoM overview.
In the BoM Overview:
When an operation is configured with Apply on Variants, it means the operation is only applicable to specific product variants, not to all variants of the product.
so it not display operation on BoM Overview.

The BoM overview is per variant. When I remove the apply on variant manually and then re-add it, it will show up in the BoM overview. The issue is when we set up a BoM using the Copy existing operations feature, it ignores the apply on variant in the BoM overview. But doing it manually makes it work.
