Is there way to upgrade ODOO10 to 11 without reinstalling the entire once again with it dependencies a like mobile application updates. Any inputs on this is highly appreciated

I think it is not possible, We can upgrade the instance of Odoo10 to latest of v10. But up gradation of v10 to v11 is not possible i think.
