I am planning to buy Odoo 10 Enterprise edition (Accounting Module), but i need to ask if i will be able to download this app and use it on my local server?! And Also i need to know if i will be allowed to use it with my Community Edition (Odoo 10)?!

As far as my knowledge, Once you buy Odoo enterprise you can you will get all the modules and and you can install it on the server as you wish,
