I am using Odoo Recruitment with multiple users and have multiple job positions for which I recieve job applications. The way it is set up now, every user that is a recruitment officer can see every job position.

I want to create groups and limit the users that can see each job position. For example the IT manager should only be able to see job applications relevant to the IT; the sales manager should only be able to see jobs relevant to the sales department etc.

How do I do that? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
