Odoo Server Error - Warning
You try to install the module 'mis_builder' that depends on the module 'date_range'.
But the later is not avalible on your system.

I've tried pip3 install. This is Odoo Server 12.0-20210416 running on Ubunt 18.04.
I've tried many things for a long time and now I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions...?
