multi company concept:    I just created 3 companies( ie; :- A,B,C) which have one common parent( Z)  and when i logged in as admin(who have overall control over 3 companies) he can see everything .for example: there is employee menu(on dashboard) when i logged in as admin_A (admin of company A) he can only view the list employees of his company .bt i want that same result when i logged in as admin and switch the control to the company a.(by selecting company from dropdown box,when i change company again then employees of that companyy needs to dispaly)bt it displays the list of all employees of every company .when i switch between companies(through selecting dropdown box)  as admin,i want to display  employees of that company only. plzzzzzzz give some solutionnnn .how can i solve this problem using customization
