psql (PostgreSQL) = 14.3
while running the server, getting the above error. (note :- requirments.txt has not thrown any error, every package has been installed properly from this requirments.txt)

make sure that odoo user has addons directory rights
yes, odoo user is SUPERUSER

Please check your addons path if it's proper. Usually the module not found error occurs if the addons path directory is not proper
