I'm ready to add SMS and voice to my Odoo 14 CE, and I'm having a hard time figuring out what my best option is (preferably free, but at least low cost). 

I've looked at asterisk + OdooPBX for voice and it seems like what I need, but I'm having trouble getting that installed and configured. I reached out over at the pbx forum but I don't think anybody's home over there. My question has been waiting for approval for a week, so I'm not hopeful and I think I need to start looking at other options.

I know there are Twilio gateways for SMS, but is that the best option? I'd like to be able to send messages from the contact page and log those messages as notes on the contact. Ideally I'd also like to be able to receive replies, but I know that's a big ask.
