Using some other crm applications I've used a feature which gave me the ability to select multiple records (e.g. Accounts, Contacts, Projects etc) and 'Mass Update' some chosen fields.

This way you could add a tag, change the 'type' or the 'status' for multiple records at once. This feature would be a real time saver and could help finding a solution to other questions like this one:

Is there any simillar feature in Odoo? If not, is there any workarround? Where should I look if I would like to try to implement something like this?
