I am thinking to insert a signature image at the very last page of my report ,i.e. invoices , multiple pages and i want to print only at the last page ,which usually this is call a Summary band in reporting. Any idea ?

There is only way to achieve this by adding the image at the very last in your rml file.
Hi , my questions was a summary band questions not footer and header question . e.g. i have an invoice of 3 pages , header and footer appear at every page , but summary footer appear at last page only. how can you advice achieve this ?
Probably hack of trml2pdf.py. Ref: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17062256/footer-only-on-last-data-page-in-reportlab it's the only ref i found on the web. Maybe userful. Waiting developers share the method for openerp.
have you found out any solution for summary band in rml report (like that in jasper) . i am also in such a situation where i have to add some data which should be placed in summary area.
