Hi everyone,

We have configured our Odoo so that when a client replies to their SO or Invoice, the reply is added directly into the logged chatter section to better manage correspondence. 

The issue we are having with this is at times when the client replies, files such as social media icons from their email signature are being added as attachments to the document. This is causing a big spam of random image attachments from the customers signature in our system that is not needed and is most likely taking up valuable space.

Does anyone have a suggestion in how to prevent these attachments being added every time a customer replies?
