import Csv into postgres table

Hello guys,
I would like to have a Binary Field (that importing csv file) to upload into database.

You can import binary field using either URLs or base64-encoded data using default import function of odoo (favourites/import records).
travel_doc = fields.Binary("Document", attachment=True)
