Is there the possibility of being able to import a balance sheet in a spreadsheet in the documents module, and that this information is updated dynamically?

In the same documents module, is there a possibility that only a specific user can edit any file that is uploaded to the documents module?

I tried to lock the files and put an owner from the menu that Odoo offers, but in the case of aspreadsheet, even though I activate the enter odoo with another user, that same spreadsheet can still be edited even though the spreadsheet is locked....

How I can avoid this?
