Hi,
You can prevent stock exports (deliveries, transfers, or manufacturing consumptions) when the product quantity would go negative in Odoo.

You could set up an automatic stock control system that prevents exports when inventory reaches zero or goes negative. Many platforms offer this feature, or you could implement a custom solution that checks stock levels before allowing exports.
