Is there any chance to stop banner rotation or set at least timing for changing slides? It really makes it hard to work on slides having them disappearing all the time.

That prevents you from entering to much text in the banner slides :-)
I don't know a solution, but you can manually switch slides back and forth while editing.
Yes, that is what hinders you to edit nicely close to the borders, once you click there, you get to next or previous slide, instead of textbox, where you wanted to change text ;-). So I always had to drag textboxes to center in order to be able to edit them and drag them back once I got my texts.
Once you have clicked in a text box and the slide rotates afterwards, you can manually go back or forward to the other slide using the arrows right or left and the text box stays in editing mode as it was before the slide was rotating, it's a little bit annoying, but it works.
So you don't have to move text boxes around.
Change the speed of the Carousel while editing to for example 5000 seconds, change it back to 1-10 when you are done.
