I wanna all of my users on my office can access my Odoo faster, so I install my Odoo database on local network of the office.
But sometimes my users want to access the Odoo from another place outside of my office, so I have bought a new VPS now to make the Odoo online.
My question, how to sync the Odoo local database to the another server (VPS)? and can it be realtime sync?

If you would like your users to connect with your local server from outside then "Static IP" is best solution.
you can to purchase static ip from your internet service provider and assign that ip to your local server's ip to user your erp from outside.

The Odoo is using on a school, there we also serve public users in around of the word to access and register their informations to the Odoo (like school registration).
Can the static IP handle that?
