I m just sending mail to the static recipients but i want to send all the follower related task so can anyone say that how to collect follower for related task and send mail them to all. This is in odoo 9.0 enterprise.

If your follower has set "All Messages" in "Settings/User/Preferences/Email Messages and Notifications", then he will receive Notifications by Email, if your configuration is correctly set up.
