I would like to filter leads that have been made a call. On the notes there is activity "Call" that creates the simple note with text call and whatever info I've decided to write. How do I use search to filter those leads that have the text 'Call' on the notes?
Hi Paresh and thank you for your answer. I forgot to mention I did try that earlier. It's still showing empty and I took a screenshot. Might this be due to the fact we've made actions named "Call [no answer] "? I tried that also in the search but no luck.

You should be able to use the filter Activities contains "Call" on the Leads list view.
Another option is to go to the Activities view by clicking on the activities icon on the top right of the screen. This provides a summarized view of all the scheduled activities across the Leads.
