Sometimes, you don't need to completly hide a field for a user, but just don't let him modify it, and for a group of users, thus for other users ( managers ) can modify this field.

Hello Yassine,
You can use record rules. Give only read access to normal user and for manager give all read, write, create, delete.

Record rule can be apply on whole record not particular field, Question is about field.
