I need to use odoo on my mobile app. I downloaded  the app but it asks for a server , where can I find this info?

To access your Odoo instance via the mobile app, you'll need to provide the server URL where your Odoo database is hosted. Here's how you can locate this information:​

  1. Identify Your Odoo Server URL:
    • Self-Hosted Odoo: If your organization hosts Odoo on its own servers, the URL typically follows the format http://yourcompanydomain.com or an IP address like http://123.456.789.0. Consult your IT department or system administrator for the exact URL.​
    • Odoo Online (SaaS): For Odoo's cloud-hosted service, your database URL usually resembles https://yourcompany.odoo.com. You can find this link in the initial setup emails from Odoo or by logging into your Odoo account via a web browser.​
  2. Enter the Server URL in the Mobile App:
    • Open the Odoo mobile app on your device.​
    • When prompted for the server URL, input the address identified in the previous step.​
    • Proceed to log in using your Odoo credentials.​
