I'm new here and I'm looking for a way to hide the shopping cart from the menu and to desactivate the ecommerce features in general.

Based on your requirements we can hide the button in several ways, you can add customization for the particular case, or if you didn't customization from the apps you can add security/access rights for the particular menu.
