Hi,

When we are ready to pick product in our Sales Orders, we move to Delivery, then once picked we click on Validate.This (clicking on Validate) imediately sends a notification email like this to our customer....

We are glad to inform you that your order has been shipped.

Please find your delivery order attached for more details....... etc

How on earth do I stop this automatic email going to every single sales order we are processing? I know the little human icon is available but the automatic process still sends to customers. Where is this command coming from? 

We use Odoo 17 Online.
