I have some process in this i have one manufacturing process also, so how i create this flow

Upper management (create the new order)-> Desgin the Req. (design the all things)->again go the upper management for verify the design -> then it go to the Production Department for allocatig the res. -> again production department for manfacturing-> then again go the upper managemenet notify (project is done)

So how i create this flow
