I can't change it on Purchase Order, as it is locked after approved, and on the receipt data, after it is changed and set to receive, the on hand goes to the original warehouse on PO. And I also want to change company and warehouse, as we have twin companies, and some orders can mix base on which company it cost want to be absorbed, and changing it is to bothering, as the same people that doing the administration, but we put on the wrong company.

You can change the delivered location directly in the incoming delivery.  But if you want send a revised purchase order to the vendor:

1. Cancel the purchase order.  It will also cancel the goods receipt.
   
2. Set it back to Draft (RFQ)
3. Do your changes (Field Deliver to).
4. Confirm the purchase order again and resend to your vendor.  

You will then keep all the original references and the history.
