I create a PO with an item qty 10.When i do a incoming shipment, i am not allow to change the qty received. Once i changed the qty, it tell me that the PO will be treated as complete. no back order will be created.
Anyone can help?

If you want to perform a partial Incoming Shipment, you should changed the quantity in the Receive-Wizard.
This assures that the difference quantity remains open.
The warning only appears if you decrease the quantity directly in the shipment line.
