I can only see redo button as my last icon, not image as your screenshot. Do I need to set my page on my Firefox quantum browser to a particular settings to enable that icon to show?

This is not a text box , it is a HTML field, you can add images , screen shots , links etc.
For you to add images , see the attached image
There you can see a help displayed file/image(last one). Click on that then you can add images.

I got a very weird error when trying to attach a screenshot. if suggest any changes if I missed something.
Access Error
You are not allowed to access 'Attachment' (ir.attachment) records. This operation is allowed for the following groups: - Internal/Deployment - User types/Internal User - LATAM CRM/Tickets Custom Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.
