I know that the record with completed state won't reside for long and when we need the very old records back we need to search for them and retrieve it. But i want to know the criteria which openerp7 uses to disappear the record and the way to retrieve it afterwards. Is it customizable? if so where should we do such limitations? Kindly clarify me on this. Thanks a lot for your time.
