I would like to transfer files between my Odoo.sh container and my own local computer.

Specifically the section: 'Paste the copied content to your profile SSH keys and press “Add”.
How do I access my Profile?
Your Profile is accessed via a Menu that you see FROM A SPECIFIC PROJECT within Odoo.sh.
for those that are not able to generate the ssh key one possible solution could be:
follow this guide for debian https://phoenixnap.com/kb/generate-ssh-key-debian-10
this will list the key content
cat .ssh/id_rsa.pub
then copy it to your odoo.sh profile.
