I want to put the delivery date on my sale order confirmation email, but it automatically puts the date + time. However, since it’s only an estimation, I don’t want to add the time to it. How can I remove it?

At the end of your t-out expression (replaces the placeholders in the v15), add this: .date(). It will remove the time from your date-time format.
Example: t-out="object.expected_date.date()"
