Can someone confirm if this link (https://demo2.odoo.com/web?#home) is the official demo version for Odoo v12 Enterprise version?

Not sure about this link but if you just want to explore the v12E, you can do it on Runbot.

https://demo.odoo.com will automatically forward you to https://demo2.odoo.com. You cannot go directly to demo2.odoo.com you must first go to demo.odoo.com
It is pretty much always the official latest version of enterprise at the demo link. At this time it is Odoo 12.0+e SaaS
