Having a hello@mybrand.com or billing@mybrand.com is important to providing the best customer experience and dedicating many team members to the email group.

Do you have a plan to integrate it?

Also, let me give you some options I saw : 

1/Use https://missiveapp.com/ , which is ok for me to have the inbox outside, but there is no integration with Odoo (maybe I can create one with make.com)

2/Use Hubspot because the Hubspot Inbox is very good, and there is integration.

But Odoo CRM become useless ...
