Can anyone tell me where I can download the field service app so I can get customers to sign off tasks. Have had a look on google play etc and cant find it.

If you are looking for a field service app in odoo community edition, then you can download the following application from odoo apps
https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/fieldservice/
When we come to enterprise field service app is available by default in enterprise edition and you can access the app through the odoo enterprise android application(which you can download from google play store).
