A drop-down menu is to be added to this, allowing users to select the reason for the working time. Examples include training/further training, maintenance work, etc.
It should also be possible to select the reason in kiosk mode.

This feature is a part of this third-party module: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/itlibertas_timesheet . You can prepare your working context and force users to select those when checking in.
