I searched a lot and i cant find where is the control to install/uninstall apps rights for admin/setttings user group
please help

Hi,
This feature is coming from the base_install_request module which is introduced in odoo 16. If you don't need this feature in your odoo instance, you can go to the apps menu and just uninstall the above module.
