Hello, I have a doubt with odoo sh, how many collaborators can I have for a project in odoo.sh? And if there is an extra cost to implement more collaborators since in my team we will be working with 5 people and only 2 of them will have access to push production and staging. Also, I don't quite understand the functionality of workers, what does it mean?

There is no limit in the no of collaborators in the odoo sh projects, you can add N number of collaborators to it, as per you need.
Worker in Odoo is a parameter which is related with the performance of the system.

Thе frее plan allows up to 2 collaborators, whilе thе paid plans offеr morе flеxibility, typically starting with 5 collaborators. If you nееd morе than that, additional collaborators might comе with еxtra costs, so it's good to chеck your subscription dеtails.
Rеgarding push accеss to production and staging, you can control that on a pеr-usеr basis. So, in your casе, with 5 tеam mеmbеrs, you can grant push accеss to production and staging for thе spеcific 2 individuals who nееd it.
Don't think there is a free plan for odoo.sh
Workers enable multiprocessing for your Odoo instance. 1 worker ~= 6 concurrent users.
As Niyas Raphy pointed it is not related to limit of collaborators in odoo sh.
