Hello,
The customer portal page is grey which blends with a few things on the site, I would like it but cannot find the option, can someone tell me where to change that? I'm on Odoo 16 online

Hi,
You cannot change the grey color in the portal using
the website editor. Instead you need to use HTML/CSS Editor from the
Site menu.
Click on that and switch to SCSS(CSS) and add background color to the main tag and save.
