Create custom field via XMLRPC

Question

Hello.

Well, my question is very simple. Actually I use XMLRPC to read/write/search data of my Odoo database. So, now I need to create a custom field in one table of many odoo databases that I have in release for my clients.

So, exists any command or any sentence to create a field in a table via XMLRPC or CallMethod??

I using Odoo v11 Community.
