iam trying to find developer mode on localhost i did download odoo 15 community (free not standard) and i have purchase a property management as third party but i can not find it can someone provide more info that can helps?

Hi,
I assume you have a fresh db and If you are able to see the apps menu, install a basic module like Contacts apps and see if you are able to access the settings page and thus enable the developer mode.

If you added a module along with custom addons, enable debug mode by
Settings > Activate the Developer Mode
The go to apps->Update app list->search with your module name
You can also find debug mode using Odoo Debug Extension
