I saw this post https://www.bistasolutions.com/resources/blogs/odoo-authorize-net-user-guide/ , but I am using Odoo v.10 and do not see the option to add a payment button on Sales Orders to allow Credit Cards to be processed in the back end? Any thoughts?

I have the same issue.
I still have this issue in v10.0, see: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/21652
I mean in Odoo 11 i still have this issue
