I am using Odoo V11 CE, I see that the employee can print Leaves report of other employee.
How I can avoid it?

By default in Odoo 11, an user ( even with access right in 'Manager' under 'Employee' section) without having access right under leave section will not have access to other's leave request. reports too are not available. Please check the access rights given to that user. If there is no problem, you may have installed any custom addon that bypasses these access restrictions.
Thank you, but I mean in the menu employee all users-employee can see each other.
If they go inside an employee, then they are able to print the report from the menu print.
Hope you are talking about the leave summary report. Unfortunately it is working fine for us
