Hello Odoo, is there anything wrong with this automation rule? I configured an appointment to require a booking fee payment. After I complete the appointment form, It creates a quotation. I want the rule to convert the quotation sent to a sales order.

The reason is the appointment does not register until its converted from quotation is sent status to sales order.

Please help.

What are you trying to achieve?  It seems this will run after creation and if the first order line is for booking fees it will confirm the order.

Is it not running or not working?

You can run it manually as a server action to check if it works.

If it's not running, try to activate the scheduled action: Base Action rule: check and execute or Automation rule: check and execute (in Odoo 17)

It is working if I normally create the quotation and assign the product.

However, my workflow is that I receive appointments (with booking fee product attached to it) through my website. That creates a quotation. However, the timeslot for that appointment is not confirmed until the sales order is confirmed which is why I made this reordering rule.

It is working at the moment but I set the delay to be 1 minute and the way it is acting is random. Sometimes it will work in 3 minutes sometimes 8 minutes, etc.

Yes, scheduled actions won't run at an exact time. if you are on odoo.sh you shouldn't expect them to be run more often than every 5 minutes (I think the same would apply to odoo online.

I am currently using Odoo online. The document mentions Odoo sh specifically. That is sad if it isn't actually working as needed.
