I would like to know if the following scenario is possible in Odoo 17.

I am working on a real estate project, and upon the sale of a unit, along with the unit's price, I need a few additional line entries to appear by default. These entries should include the unit's service charges, commission, and municipality fee, with the prices calculated based on the unit's size (in square feet). The percentage of these charges will vary for each project.

In the master data, we have already set the commission percentage, service charges percentage, and the unit size in square feet.

Currently, we are entering these line items manually for each sale. Is it possible to have these products/line entries appear by default when making a sale?
