Since 10 days I miss the button "Compose a new message" in the message module.

Has anybody experienced the same?

Hello,
In order to solve this problem, download module mail_extend_ept from following link, Install it and refresh the screen.
http://www.emiprotechnologies.com/OpenERP/odoo-module-8-0/
By install this module, "Compose a new message" will be visible on Inbox wall. Which is removed in Odoo V8.
Let me know, even after install this module if your purpose is not solved.

Hello, I've installed the module and now I have the button "Compose new message" or "Write to my followers" . But I don't have the box with "Share with my followers". Do you know something else?
Its Removed in new one. You can send message to follower using click on "Share with my followers...". And if we want compose mail personally then go to setting -> Technical -> Email ( If you have right to use that ).
On the latest SAAS its supposed to be coming back again. When i login to odoo.com, I have the newer version which has an envelope icon which is the link to Compose new message
