Connecting Odoo to banks has many nuances.

Ideally, it should look like this:

• Go to the menu Accounting → Configuration → Add new bank
• Select the bank from the list
• Choose the provider
• Then follow the steps required by the wizard during the setup procedure
• Usually, you will be asked to enter an SMS code or other details for two-factor authentication.

But keep in mind: you always connect through the provider I mentioned above. The fact that the provider and bank appear in Odoo’s list does not guarantee the connection will work. This can depend on many factors — conditions of your account, the type of subscription, even specifics of Odoo Enterprise vs Odoo Cloud. Sometimes the bank and provider are listed, but your account type won’t be supported. So you’ll need patience.
