Timeline
- 09 March 2025 (11:30 PM) : Last date to register
- 17 March 2025 (7 PM): Announcement of Top 50 teams
- 22 March 2025 - 23 March 2025 : Hackathon for Top 50 Teams at Gujarat Vidyapith Campus
Eligibility 👥
- Open for all tech students, freshers and coding enthusiasts
- No prior experience required
- Teams of up to 04 members allowed
- All coding languages are welcome
Prizes 🎉
- Winner: 75,000/- cash prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- First Runner-up: 50,000/- cash prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Second Runner-up: 25,000/- cash prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Top teams will receive 'Appreciation Certificate' + Invite to visit Odoo India Hq + Internship offer based on eligibility
- All Participants (Top 50 teams) will be awarded with the 'Participation Certificate'
Challenge Format 🌐
- Choose any one problem statement from under mentioned problems, prepare the idea document and complete the registration process.
- Based on submitted proposals, top 50 teams will be selected for the final offline round for the hackathon at Gujarat Vidyapith Campus.
- No pre-written codes are allowed for the offline competition.

Registration 📝
- Registration is free and mandatory for first phase.
- Prepare & upload the idea document on Google drive & share the link while registering (make sure link is having open access).
- Team leader need to register and get tickets as per the team size and complete the registration process on behalf of his/her team members (Max. 04 members are allowed in a single team).
- Selected top 50 teams for final phase will be communicated detailed schedule and necessary instructions via email.
- INR 200/- (per person) is registration fees - only for selected 50 teams' members coming for the final round on 22 - 23 March 2025.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.
