Getting there
By car
From Gand (E40) or Namur/Charleroi (E19) take the ring RO direction Zaventem - Namur.
From Antwerp (E19), Namur (E411) or Liège (E40) take the ring RO direction Gand - Ostende (E40).
From Antwerp/Boom (A12) take the ring RO direction Gand - Ostende (E40) and Mons - Charleroi (E19).
Once you are on the ring RO, take the exit n°7a. Follow the signs "Expo".
There are multiple parking lots available around Brussels Expo. We recommend using parking T.
The tariff for one-day parking is 10€.
By Public Transportation
Depending on how you arrive or where you are staying in Brussels, there is a variety of public transport methods that will get you to Brussels Expo.
If you arrive in Brussels through international trains such as Thalys or Eurostar, you will arrive at the Brussels South train station. From there, the best option is to take the metro (line 6).
If you are staying in the city center, take the metro from Brussels Central Station. Several buses and trams also get to Brussels Expo.
The closest metro stop to Brussels Expo is called "Heysel", it is only a few minutes walk away.
From Brussels South Station:
Take line 6 direction "Roi Baudouin". Get out at "Heysel".
From Brussels Central Station:
Take line 1 direction "Gare de l'ouest" or line 5 direction "Erasme". You'll need to change at "Beekkant" to line 6 direction "Roi Baudouin". Get out at "Heysel".

If you wish to take a taxi, there are several taxi companies operating in Brussels.

From Brussels Airport (BRU):
Take the train to the city center. There are four trains per hour from the airport to Brussels' three main train stations (Brussels North/Central/South). However, if you want to go directly to Brussels Expo from the airport, we suggest you take a taxi.
From Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL):
There is a shuttle bus that connects the airport to the city center. Check the bus schedule here. However, to go directly to Brussels Expo, we recommend you take a taxi.

Please check if you need a visa to enter Belgium. You can find a lot of information on the Foreign Affairs website.
We do not handle the administrative process and costs for a visa application. However, we can give you an invitation letter mentioning your participation in the event.

General
Odoo Experience is our signature annual event which brings together all members of the Odoosphere, including partners, clients and open source software fans. The 3-day event is a chance to learn about our latest release through inspiring talks given by experts from all over the world. Plus, our exhibition space is the ideal opportunity to showcase what you have to offer and forge professional connections.
A SmartClass is an immersive 2-day training session that takes place just before Odoo Experience which gives you the opportunity to upgrade your skills. (October 10th & 11th) You can choose from a list of 5 functional and technical subjects and learn from the best of our Odoo Experts.
Passes
Can I attend Odoo Experience for free?
Yes, Odoo Experience is open to everyone for free. Register on our website to get your free Basic Pass! Please note that the Basic Pass does not include food, drinks or any evening activities. To gain access to these, you must purchase a Premium Pass.
Can I attend the SmartClass for free?
No, the SmartClass is a paid training session.
Why should I buy a Premium Pass?
Odoo Experience is open to everyone for free. However, if you want to live the ultimate experience, we highly recommend that you buy a Premium Pass. The Premium Pass gives you access to catered lunches, dinners and exclusive evening activities.
You can always cancel your registration by sending an email to experience@odoo.com. Tickets are 100% refundable until June 30th and 50% refundable until August 30th. As from September 1st, we only refund tickets if your visa was denied or if your country's regulations don't allow you to travel. All refund requests need to be communicated via email to experience@odoo.com
Can I modify the name on my pass?
Yes, you can always modify the name on your pass. To do so, just send an email to experience@odoo.com mentioning the original name on the pass and the name you would like to replace it with.
Once you register online, you will receive a confirmation email. It is perfectly normal that it does not contain your badge. You will get your badge at a later stage.
Talks
If I cannot attend, how can I get information about the new version?
No worries, all our talks are live streamed on YouTube. This allows you to watch them live or in replay.
Practical Information
Do I need a visa to attend Odoo Experience?
It depends where you are coming from. Check with the Belgian embassy in your home country. If you do need a visa, we highly recommend that you get it well in advance as the procedure might take a while.
The procedure varies depending on the country you're from. Contact the Belgian embassy in your home country, they will be able to help you. However, it is very likely that you will be asked to provide an invitation letter. You can download it here after you've added your personal details.
Do you cover visa, transportation or accomodation fees?
No, Odoo does not cover visa, transportation or accommodation fees.
Where can I stay during Odoo Experience?
You can find the list of hotels we have a partnership with here. We recommend that you do not wait too long to book as we cannot guarantee there will be a room for everyone.
How can I get to Odoo Experience?
This year Odoo Experience will be held at Brussels Expo. You can find all the information you need to get there here.
Is there a parking close to Odoo Experience?
Yes. You can easily park around Brussels Expo. We recommend using parking T. Please note that it is a public parking and that you will need to pay 10€/day for it. Odoo does not hold any liability for the parking area.
Is there a cloakroom where I can leave my luggage at Odoo Experience?
We have a cloakroom where you can leave your coat. However, the space is limited, which is why we recommend that you leave it at your hotel if available. We cannot guarantee enough space for your luggage.
How is Odoo Experience affected by the sanitary situation?
We ensure that we'll take all the necessary measures to guarantee a safe environment during the event. Our team is closely following the sanitary situation and will apply any measure considered as needed during the event. This may imply the request for a vaccination certificate.
