Worryla

Worryla is Greece's first dedicated home-services company, organising professional Home Care, Child Care, and Senior Care for households across Athens and the surrounding suburbs. Its mission is to formalise a sector that has historically run on informal labour, and the operating system underneath the brand is Odoo. 

We deployed Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Subscriptions, Project, Field Service, Appointments, Planning, Timesheets, HR, Helpdesk, Website, and Accounting, alongside our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE compliance. The Odoo Website module runs as the core CMS for worryla.gr, so brand, content, and booking live on the same platform that runs the back office. We extended the booking module so a household request becomes a deduplicated partner with a separate service-address node and threads through to a calendar event with the right caregiver attached. We enhanced the timesheet functionality for service-delivery employees, so caregivers work inside a planning and time-logging experience tailored to on-site care. A dual portal separates the household view from the caregiver view, Subscriptions handles recurring care-plan billing, ratings flow into Helpdesk for post-visit follow-up, and bespoke modules tailor sales, products, and reporting to Worryla's care categories. 

The result is one operating system from lead intake through service delivery to billing, scaling with Worryla as the brand expands across Greece.
